 Called Eaton's to clean the carpets in my condo in North Conway.  Rob and I played phone tag for a few days (my fault, not his) and arranged to look at the job and give me a quote. The quote was less than I had anticipated so we picked a date.  Rob was on time and started to work immediately. I could not believe how well he cleaned the carpets. Rob worked hard to make sure all the stains were addressed and his level of detail is remarkable.  He was efficient and was very careful to clean all the way to the edges.Rob was friendly and extremely professional.   Robert did a truly excellent job cleaning our wall to wall carpets after a bad tenant moved out. They'd left pet stains and the carpet smelled not too pleasant. Robert worked around my schedule to make it work well (the carpets need a few hours to dry) and cleaned the 30 year old carpets (cut pile on first floor and shag upstairs!) thoroughly.  They look and smell great. Don't expect them to last another 30 years, but I'd say he's extended the life for quite a few years, saving me money. Highly recommend.

 Rob came to my house to do my carpets, but to also assess if there was anything he could do about a large stain covering 1/2 of my new couch. He did a wonderful job on the carpets. The most amazing thing was the care and time he put into removing the stain from the couch. I did not have too much hope but he was able to make the couch brand new. I will use this company again.
